How is Admiral priced?

Pricing depends on fleet size and the capabilities you need. Contact us and we will put together a quote for your deployment.

Is the free tier really free forever?

Yes. The first 5 devices on every account are free, forever. No credit card, no trial clock, no expiring promotion. We want you to build, experiment, and ship with Admiral before you ever pay us a cent.

Do enterprise customers get dedicated support?

Yes. Enterprise customers receive a private Slack channel with our engineering team, a named Technical Account Manager, and a direct escalation path to on-call engineering for Severity 1 incidents.

What is included without the Telemetry tier?

Every device reports CPU, memory, disk and temperature with the last 24 hours of history, streams real-time logs, and is covered by the built-in platform alerts in the app. The Telemetry tier adds longer history, fleet-wide log search and live tail, custom alert rules, webhook delivery of alerts and the Telemetry API.

How do add-ons work?

Add-ons are switched on per organisation from Billing in the dashboard by an organisation billing admin, and billed from the day they are on. Until then the feature shows as locked with an upgrade path. Turning one off stops it. Signature policies, USB policies and the audit log come with an Enterprise account.

How is registry fallback priced?

Registry fallback is usage-based, billed per GB of image data delivered to devices through Admiral Cloud. It is switched on per fleet, and only successfully delivered data is billed. The price is shown in Billing, and again when you switch it on for a fleet. How registry fallback works.

How is AdmiralAI priced?

Every organisation gets $5 of AdmiralAI usage included in each monthly billing period. Trials and organisations without a payment method stop at the included $5. Paid organisations continue into usage billed per token, up to a monthly cap (default $50, which Admiral support can change). If you point AdmiralAI at your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint, Admiral does not bill for it. A daily fair-use allowance keeps the service responsive; normal use never reaches it. How is AirDetect priced?

AirDetect is usage-based, billed on detected presence. Contact us for pricing and we will help you estimate cost for your sites.

Does AirDetect track individual people?

No. We estimate and compute presence within the bounds of BLE privacy. We do not track individual device locations or identify individuals — AirDetect reports counts and dwell, never identity. Read more about our privacy approach.

Do I need new hardware for AirDetect?

No. AirDetect runs on the BLE radios already present in your AdmiralOS devices. If you already run a fleet with Admiral, you can enable AirDetect without deploying anything new.
